The Gangreen Menace |
 The sun rises on the dank, swampy terrain of the Gangreens' planet.
These insect-like creatures have a slime covered body to repel and survive
their steamy world of lakes and suffocating carnivorous vegetation. They
need the dark, swampy waters to produce their slime which has a distinctive
smell. Feeding on ALL living things to satisfy their constant hunger, the
segmented-body Gangreens use their scissor-sharp claws to slice their prey
and feast on the warm flesh. But if prey is in short supply, like most insects,
their beady black eyes search for any living thing and their hunger drives
them to kill even members of their own kind. The calculating Gangreens love
the feeding frenzy and most often attack weaker creatures with few defenses.
The Bluspews are such a creature, as the Gangreens' slimy coating neutralizes
the acid of this cold-blooded foe. The taste and large brains of the Bluspews
makes for a wonderful delicacy and satisfies the Gangreens' every need. |
