C.U.T.I.E. figures are Coolest Ultra Tiny Individuals on Earth! These were released by Mattel in the end 80s as the girls counterpart to the M.U.S.C.L.E. figures which were intended for boys. There exist five series of C.U.T.I.E. figures which came in five different 10-packs with all 50 different figures:

C.U.T.I.E. figures came also in 4-packs like M.U.S.C.L.E.s. These were mixed packs with different colored figures:

A "Hot Fashion Purse" that came with three C.U.T.I.E. figures was a "Cool way to carry your C.U.T.I.E. figures!":
